MBA Ledger is a web-based intelligence platform operated by MBA Services ("we", "us", "our") that helps professionals research MBA programs, model financial return on investment, and track their application process. The platform is accessible at mbaledger.com and related subpages.
By accessing or using MBA Ledger, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Certain features of MBA Ledger are available at no charge, including school browsing, shortlisting, and a base-scenario ROI calculation. Free access is provided at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Advanced features — including scenario analysis, program comparison, full application tracking, key dates, calendar export, and sharing — require a one-time Premium purchase. Access is granted immediately upon confirmed payment.

You may create an account using an email address and password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@mbaledger.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium access is sold as a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
All prices are displayed in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance are handled by Paddle.
Our refund policy is described in the Refund Policy. Under EU consumer law, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions stated therein.
All content, design, code, data, and trademarks on MBA Ledger are the property of MBA Services or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform as intended.
Financial data provided (salaries, tuition, costs) is sourced from publicly available information and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
MBA Ledger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the financial calculations will be accurate for your specific circumstances.
The ROI calculations provided are illustrative models only. They do not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBA Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MBA Ledger at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
