Refund Policy

Payments for MBA Ledger Premium are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through Paddle's platform.
1. Our Commitment
MBA Ledger Premium is a one-time purchase granting immediate access to all premium features. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the platform does not work as described, we will make it right.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. However, this right is waived when:
- The consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
- The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost
By completing your purchase and accessing Premium features, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is waived. This is standard practice for immediately-delivered digital products.
3. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure — Premium features are not accessible after confirmed payment and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Unauthorized transaction — You did not authorise the charge
4. When We Will Not Issue a Refund
We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not use the Premium features after purchase
- You found the platform did not meet your personal expectations, where it functions as described
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@mbaledger.com with:
- The email address used for purchase
- Your Paddle order reference number (found in your payment confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle and typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
